The United Kingdom is the creator of the Palestinian problem, but not the Gaza problem. The latter was created in 1967 by the Israelis themselves
The British are accused of collusion, as their policies have their roots in the letter of sympathy, which Arthur Balfour wrote in 1917 to the then-prime minister, Rothshield, in which he stated to have a "Jewish state," while Theodor Herzl, who was seeking the establishment of his own "state," was not a Jew but a follower of his own ideas. Balfour allowed Herzl to create a Zionist state, not a 'Jewish state,' in British Mandatory Palestine.
The British government was already complicit in the genocide of Gaza under Rishi Sunak and is currently complicit under Keir Starmer's leadership, as spy flights above Gaza to collect intelligence to share with the Israelis are participating activities. It is assisting a party that is a war belligerent by international law.
But, having Israeli arms industries on their soil is a complex issue, as it can be both collusion and complicity, depending on the destination of the produced weaponry. If they are meant for the Israeli war belligerent, it is complicity.
