INCITING & FUELING EXPULSION
In the context of Gaza, there is no such thing as "voluntary migration." No Palestinian is willing to abandon his or her homeland voluntarily.
Even "migration," if spewed from an Israeli mouth, is disgusting, as migration is by self-determination, meaning deciding by oneself for whatever reason. But, if the reason is the pressure from an Israeli-created situation, experienced as unbearable or unlivable, the decision was forced by Israelis.
"Voluntary migration" is just an Israeli Nazified invention, as Israelis know that the Nazis didn't view Jews as humans. And so do the Israelis towards Palestinians.
International law strictly prohibits the expulsion, deportation, or forcible transfer of people from occupied territory. Inciting or fueling such actions is a severe violation of international humanitarian law (IHL) and can constitute a war crime or a crime against humanity, leading to individual criminal responsibility.
Not everyone knows that inciting and fueling the expulsion of Palestinians is a crime under international law. Every Israeli who resorts to incitement and fueling can face criminal responsibility for these actions, particularly if involved in widespread efforts to expel people from Gaza. The latter may also include Israeli TV channels, as they distribute incitement and fuel these sentiments. (reference: Rwanda genocide tribunal).
