In relation to Gaza:

The view 'dystopian' is based on the finding of this Israeli map, showing Gaza partioned in hundreds of sections. The Israelis used the map to lure the occuped people back and forth from one section to another while attacking and or killing even when the people have arrived or are already there. It is actually military terrorism.

Dystopian in Gaza is also dehumanizing people on all levels, that continuation of their lives becomes miserable.
