So, in the context of the Israeli goal in Gaza, it is about creating a dystopia ( lit. "bad place") of wretched, dehumanized, fearful lives to make sure that everything is unpleasant or bad, typically a totalitarian and environmentally degraded one. All types of means, such as uprooting, internal depopulation, starvation, and mass killing, are deployed.
