On September 29, 2025, Trump presented a 20-point proposal he claims could bring an immediate halt to Netanyahu’s war on Gaza, which has killed more than 66,000 Palestinians and left the Palestinian enclave in ruins. The plan was drafted by Tony Blair with Jared Kushner and Steve Wifkoff.

If the plan is accepted by both sides, the war is to end immediately, with all captives held in Gaza alive and dead returned within 72 hours, and Palestinian prisoners released. The Gaza Strip is to be temporarily governed by a Palestinian technocratic government, with no role for Hamas, and Israel will not annex Gaza.

POINTS OF THE PLAN COMMENT

Gaza will be a deradicalised [..censored..] zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbours.
  • "terror-free" is false, as it is contrary to the history about how the "conflict" over Gaza in June 1967 began. The Israelis invaded the enclave on June 5, 1967, to drive the Egyptian troops out then colonized it from 1967 to 2005, while the enclave is part of the Occupied Palestinian Territories when the Israelis seized the West Bank from Jordan, and occupied it during the same war.
  • The Israelis brought resistance, not "terror," to themselves when they launched a bloody crackdown on the first Palestinian uprising forcing the colonizied people to form in 1987 a armed group, that is in line with the Rules of Belligerent Occupation and the Protocols of the Geneva Conventions.
Gaza will be redeveloped for the benefit of the people of Gaza, who have suffered more than enough.
  • Biden and Trump took part in the suffering of people in Gaza by supplying heavy munition to the Israelis while knowing that the munition would be used against the people. Both presidents even violated international law on supplying weaponry to a party that is waging a onslaught, not self-defending.
If both sides agree to this proposal, the war will immediately end. Israeli forces will withdraw to the agreed-upon line to prepare for a hostage release. During this time, all military operations, including aerial and artillery bombardment, will be suspended, and battle lines will remain frozen until conditions are met for the complete staged withdrawal.
  • "... and battle lines will remain frozen until conditions are met for the complete staged withdrawal."

    • Since February 18, 2025, the Israelis are still in Lebanon despite having agreed during the ceasefire talks with the Lebanese government.
Within 72 hours of Israel publicly accepting this agreement, all hostages, alive and deceased, will be returned.
Once all hostages are released, Israel will release 250 life-sentence prisoners, plus 1,700 Gazans who were detained after October 7th 2023, including all women and children detained in that context. For every Israeli hostage whose remains are released, Israel will release the remains of 15 deceased Gazans.
Once all hostages are returned, Hamas members who commit to peaceful co-existence and to decommission their weapons will be given amnesty. Members of Hamas who wish to leave Gaza will be provided safe passage to receiving countries.
Upon acceptance of this agreement, full aid will be immediately sent into the Gaza Strip. At a minimum, aid quantities will be consistent with what was included in the January 19, 2025, agreement regarding humanitarian aid, including rehabilitation of infrastructure (water, electricity, sewage), rehabilitation of hospitals and bakeries, and entry of necessary equipment to remove rubble and open roads.
Entry of distribution and aid in the Gaza Strip will proceed without interference from the two parties through the United Nations and its agencies, and the Red Crescent, in addition to other international institutions not associated in any manner with either party. Opening the Rafah crossing in both directions will be subject to the same mechanism implemented under the January 19, 2025, agreement.
  • "without interference from the two parties"

    • This means that the Israeli army unit COGAT must end the weaponization of humanitarian aid, and must cease its control over all aid.
Gaza will be governed under the temporary transitional governance of a technocratic, apolitical Palestinian committee, responsible for delivering the day-to-day running of public services and municipalities for the people in Gaza.

This committee will be made up of qualified Palestinians and international experts, with oversight and supervision by a new international transitional body, the “Board of Peace,” which will be headed and chaired by President Donald J Trump, with other members and heads of State to be announced, including Former Prime Minister Tony Blair.

This body will set the framework and handle the funding for the redevelopment of Gaza until such time as the Palestinian Authority has completed its reform program, as outlined in various proposals, including President Trump’s peace plan in 2020 and the Saudi-French proposal, and can securely and effectively take back control of Gaza.

This body will call on best international standards to create modern and efficient governance that serves the people of Gaza and is conducive to attracting investment.

  • "... and international experts .."
  • but, they conclude those who have long standing ties with the Israelis, such as Jared Kushner and Tony Blair.
  • Tony Blair had ties with the Israelis when he was the envoy of the Middle East Quartet set up by the United Nations, the Europan Union, and Russia in 1991 to establish peace 'in the region.'
  • Jared Kushner and Netanyahu were the architects of the Abraham Accord, that was presented as a 'peace accord." It was in reality a strategy to lure Arab countries to isolate the Palestinians.
  • Trump's plan doesn't mention any exact time frame within which a transition should start to take place, and when the transition is supposed to be completed.
A Trump economic development plan to rebuild and energise Gaza will be created by convening a panel of experts who have helped birth some of the thriving modern miracle cities in the Middle East. Many thoughtful investment proposals and exciting development ideas have been crafted by well-meaning international groups, and will be considered to synthesise the security and governance frameworks to attract and facilitate these investments that will create jobs, opportunity, and hope for future Gaza.
  • "A Trump economic development plan to rebuild and energise Gaza will be created by convening a panel of experts ..."

    • Trump's plan has its root in the Gaza Riviera plan that included ethnic cleansing.
    • In a video found on March19, 2024, Jared Kushner was openly saying:

"Gaza's waterfront property would be very valuable to. If people would focus on kind of building up, you know, livelihoods, you think about all the money that's gone into this tunnel network and into all the munitions, if that would have gone into education or innovation, what could have been done?"

A special economic zone will be established, with preferred tariff and access rates to be negotiated with participating countries.
  • "A special economic zone"

    • To whom benefit? It reads like meant to benefit only foreign investors.
No one will be forced to leave Gaza, and those who wish to leave will be free to do so and free to return. We will encourage people to stay and offer them the opportunity to build a better Gaza.
  • "No one will be forced to leave Gaza"

    • Gaza Riviera plan - On February 4, 2025, Trump have said: "We'll own it. We're going to take over that piece, develop it and create thousands and thousands of jobs, and it will be something the entire Middle East can be proud of," he said, adding that a “long-term ownership position” by the U.S. would bring “great stability to the Middle East.”
    • Expulsion - On March 14, 2025, The Americans and the Israelis have reached out to officials of three East African governments to discuss using their territories as potential destinations for resettling Palestinians uprooted from the Gaza Strip under Trump’s proposed postwar plan, American and Israeli officials say. The contacts with Sudan, Somalia and the breakaway region of Somalia known as Somaliland reflect the determination by the Americans. and the Israelis to press ahead with a plan that has been widely condemned and raised serious legal and moral issues.
Hamas and other factions agree to not have any role in the governance of Gaza, directly, indirectly, or in any form. All military, terror, and offensive infrastructure, including tunnels and weapon production facilities, will be destroyed and not rebuilt. There will be a process of demilitarisation of Gaza under the supervision of independent monitors, which will include placing weapons permanently beyond use through an agreed process of decommissioning, and supported by an internationally funded buy-back and reintegration program all verified by the independent monitors. New Gaza will be fully committed to building a prosperous economy and to peaceful coexistence with their neighbours.
  • "Hamas and other factions agree to not have any role in the governance of Gaza, directly, indirectly, or in any form."

    • In two words: capitulation, surrender. This is not about peace but forcing Hamas to capitulate to replace their system with a American-Israeli one. It resembles that way the Europena colonists did in 1948.
A guarantee will be provided by regional partners to ensure that Hamas, and the factions, comply with their obligations and that New Gaza poses no threat to its neighbours or its people.
  • "...and that New Gaza poses no threat to its neighbours or its people."

    • In Zionism, it is stated that one must always blame the victim. Hamas was never a threat to Egypt or Jordan or to the people of these countries. The Israelis were a threat to the Palestinians since their predecessors, the European colonists, invaded British Mandatory Palestine in 1947.
The United States will work with Arab and international partners to develop a temporary International Stabilization Force (ISF) to immediately deploy in Gaza. The ISF will train and provide support to vetted Palestinian police forces in Gaza, and will consult with Jordan and Egypt who have extensive experience in this field. This force will be the long-term internal security solution. The ISF will work with Israel and Egypt to help secure border areas, along with newly trained Palestinian police forces. It is critical to prevent munitions from entering Gaza and to facilitate the rapid and secure flow of goods to rebuild and revitalise Gaza. A deconfliction mechanism will be agreed upon by the parties.
  • "... to develop a temporary International Stabilization Force (ISF) .."

    • The UN backs the plan but has been sidelined like UNRWA was when Israeli Katz and Cyprus masterminded a bypass campaign that ultimately failed. A storm had damaged Biden's pier forcing him to stop  facilitating the 'humanitarian aid' being supplied from Cyprus.
Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza. As the ISF establishes control and stability, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) will withdraw based on standards, milestones, and timeframes linked to demilitarisation that will be agreed upon between the IDF, ISF, the guarantors, and the United States, with the objective of a secure Gaza that no longer poses a threat to Israel, Egypt, or its citizens. Practically, the IDF will progressively hand over the Gaza territory it occupies to the ISF, according to an agreement they will make with the transitional authority, until they are withdrawn completely from Gaza, save for a security perimeter presence that will remain until Gaza is properly secure from any resurgent [..censored..] threat.

  • "Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza"

    • The Israelis are occupying Gaza, as the enclave is part of what the United Nations designated as the Occupied Palestinian Territory. A part of the territory known as the West Bank has been filled with permanent colonies, so alterating irreversably the identity of the Palestinian land(scape), which is resorting to de jure annexation.
    • The plan fails to describe what security instrument is supposed to be implemented after the transition from "international transitional body" to whatever Palestinian entity administration.
In the event Hamas delays or rejects this proposal, the above, including the scaled-up aid operation, will proceed in the [..censored..] areas handed over from the IDF to the ISF.
An interfaith dialogue process will be established based on the values of tolerance and peaceful co-existence to try and change mindsets and narratives of Palestinians and Israelis by emphasising the benefits that can be derived from peace.
  • "..interfaith dialogue.."

    • If the dialogue concerns the religions in Gaza, there is no longer Christianity in the enclave, as the Israelis have been reported to have erased the existence of Christian people.
While Gaza re-development advances and when the PA reform program is faithfully carried out, the conditions may finally be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood, which we recognise as the aspiration of the Palestinian people.
  • "a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood, which we recognise as the aspiration of the Palestinian people."

    • It's not the first time that Trump tries to rearrange the interior of colonized historic Palestine. In January 2020, Trump  asserted that Abu Dis will be the capital of Palestine.
The United States will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful and prosperous co-existence.
  • "The United States will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians"

    • We have to apologize to mention the fact that has always been: When whatever US administration sends a envoy to mediate, whether in Lebanon or Palestine, it is always one with a Jewish background or having strong ties with the Israelis.
