The United Nations has designated Hamas as a political movement while its armed wings are operating within the Law of Belligerent Occupation, which states that occupied people have the right to form armed groups to resist occupation. But Hamas is branded a "terrorist organization" on political and ideological grounds. Therefore, we ignore the "definitions" the American and European are using. They are in violation of relevant international treaty laws.
Members of Hamas have the full right to resist the Israeli occupation of Gaza and the annexation of the West Bank. If they take and use that right, they must distinguish themselves from the civilian population, or based on articles 43 & 44 of the Additional Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions, at least carry their weapons openly during attacks and deployments.
In this demo, we show you what the resistance shows you, real engagement with their enemy in warfare style the Israelis only are able to answer with brazen brutality, barbarism, destruction, and conflated mass killing.

We strongly believe that the claims about beheaded babies and rape by Hamas is part of a strategy to mask the motive and the real intention behind. The motive is a personal one, as Netanyahu is on trial over bribery, corruption and breach of trust. The intention is by the Jihadi Zionists who are seeking for a so-called 'Greater Israel' the seizure of Gaza and the slow-paced annexation of the West Bank are part of.
The stories about 'beheaded babies' may have their roots in falsifying an episode from the Old Testament, originally about the Israelite tribe (Moses' people) who slaughtered the Amalek tribe by Netanyahu turned into a slaughter of the Israelites by the Amalek. But both Israeli and American media had used an Israeli 'ZAKA' man as source who refused a British journalist to take a look at the photos the man claimed to have in his mobile phone.
The claims about rape by Hamas are viewed by us at least as controversial.
On December 26, 2023, the Israelis have stopped all automatic visa applications for UN personnel. Two days later, the released civilian internee, not hostage, Mia Schem was caught making a conflicting statement. In the video that was taken during her release, she said that Hamas treated her well. In the video from December 26th, she says of being raped. On January 16, 2024, Israeli doctors were forbidden to speak with the UN group investigating October 7th.
Three individuals appear behind the claims, that Hamas raped female civilian internees: Anat Schwartz, a former Israeli military officer, who wrote the stories for the New York Times, Cochav Elkayam-Levy, an Israeli lawyer, who used a video grab of a dead Kurdish woman, and Ruth Halperin-Kaddari working for the Israeli MFA, who has been found using forced confessions from Palestinian prisoners, There is a fourth woman involved but who made a "documentary", the American Zionist Sherlyn Sandberg, which the Israelis are using to force those captured from the flotilla raids to watch. On May 26, 2024, Annalena Baerbock, who was then Germany's foreign minister, claimed to have seen "the rape video."
On June 6, 2024, the Israeli entity exposed itself by unproven claiming that "Many Gaza civilians participated in raping."
On January 8, 2025, the Israelis blocked the UN investigation into the rape claims to avoid an inquiry into the raping of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli concentration camps

Israeli politics towards the outside world have the following characteristics: deny, distort, deflect and divert. Where do all these tactics have their roots?
During a mass rally in Munich, Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels spoke these words: "When Sie beschuldigt werden, geben Sie dem Opfer die Schuld."
Translated to English: "If you are accused, blame the victim." It is one of the ideas the German Ashkenazis adopted as a gesture after they struck the Haavara deal in 1933.
They brought the ideas with them to what was then British Mandatory Palestine, where they passed them on to those who later became Israeli Ashkenazis. The mixed population, as they are from around the world, named "Israelis" consist of nearly 50% of Ashkenazis. They are also found in their political and military leadership.
In Zionism, it is described as "always blame the victim." Examples showing how the doctrine works out in practice can be watch here.

International law strictly prohibits the destruction of agricultural land and resources when used as a method of warfare to starve civilians. This is enshrined in international humanitarian law (IHL), which aims to protect civilians during armed conflict. Specifically, it prohibits attacking, destroying, or rendering useless objects indispensable to the civilian population's survival, including food supplies, crops, livestock, and irrigation systems. Specific objects, including those related to agriculture, are protected because they are vital for civilian survival. Attacking these objects is only permissible in very limited circumstances, such as when they are being used for military purposes and pose a definite military advantage, and even then, with precautions to minimize civilian harm.
The videos that we have been collecting since the beginning only show the resistance operating in urbanized areas except for a few ones, which show operations in open areas characterizing as countryside, not agricultural land.

In international law, a civilian is generally defined as any person who is not a member of a country's armed forces. This includes individuals who are not part of the military, police, or other security forces of a state or organized armed group. Importantly, civilians who directly participate in hostilities lose their protection from attack for the duration of their participation.
In Gaza, a civilian is any person under Israeli occupation who is not a member of the resistance. Documented evidence, however, shows that the Israelis treat everyone and everything that moves and not move as Hamas. This is called war conflation, or provenly showing to refuse distinction of civilians and military objectives by viewing everyone and everything in Gaza as military objective. We consider this heinous violation as both 'killing members of the group' as defined in the Genocide Convention and the crime against humanity of extermination.
