ABOUT THE MENU ITEMS

On the right, there are more than 90 menu items. They are all categories and parent categories.  We found the two names inappropriate for this website. However, the used website builder doesn't allow the change of the words 'category' and 'parent category'. We apologize to those who feel offended by these two names.

But, how do we come to the names of the menu items?

Facebook accuses us of having fabricated the names and has blocked us from posting updates about our timelines about Gaza where the same names are used.

The names of the menu items are all based on the following:

  • statements by the UN Secretary-General, UN Special Rapporteurs, UN investigation rapports that are in our possession,
  • the Customary International Law,
  • the Protocols Of The Geneva Conventions,
  • Statue Of Rome concerning the crime of extermination, which the Israeli "Generals' Plan" is.
  • The Hague Convention,
  • the Law Of Belligerent Occupation, and
  • what is exactly to see in videos, not the meaning or message of videos.

We're wondering how professional the moderators at Facebook are. When looking at news reports about Facebook's "hate speech" policies published on this website, they show at least not being impartial.

How do we view these policies?

Read in the tab 'Facebook'.

"Dystopian" was even found acknowledged by an Israeli woman when she commented on an X-post containing a map showing Gaza fractioned in hundreds of pieces. The map was printed as a leaflet and dropped from Israeli helicopters. We all now know that the map is meant no other than to drive people back and forth like herd under the pretext of "evacuation". You can read more in the tab 'dystopian'.

COLLUSION & COMPLICITY

INT. LAW IN BRIEF

Complicity (aid or assistance) is a form of knowing the involvement of one subject of international law in a breach of an international obligation attributable to another.

There are three basic requirements for the establishment of the guilt of an accomplice:

  • A war crime or crime against humanity must have been committed; this requires proof that the underlying or predicate crime has been committed by another person.

  • The accomplice must have contributed in a material way to the crime: there must be a material act by which the accomplice contributes to the perpetration of the crime.

  • The accomplice must have intended that the crime be committed or have been reckless as to its commission. The accomplice's act must be carried out with intent and knowledge of the perpetrator's act.

The responsibility of accomplices was recognized in the Statute of the International Military Tribunal:

"Leaders, organizers, instigators, and accomplices participating in the formulation or execution of a common plan or conspiracy to commit any of the foregoing crimes are responsible for all acts performed by any persons in execution of such plan."

HISTORICAL COLLUSION & COMPLICITY IN BRIEF

The conflict about Gaza is consecutive as it comes from the "question" about Palestine created in 1916 by the Briton Mark Sykes and the French Francoise Picot when both partitioned the remains of the collapsed Ottoman Empire. Another Briton, Arthur Balfour made it a real problem by declaring a year later, that a Jewish land was created.

Germany is an accomplice since 1933 when Ashkenazis struck the Haavara deal with the Nazis to have themselves migrated to British mandatory Palestine. It became a Zionist country in the 1950s.

The U.S. is complicit since Harry Truman recognized the renaming of British Mandatory Palestine on May 14, 1948, eleven minutes after Zionist migrants drove the British out to launch a series of massacres across the seized Palestinian land.

The British and the French became the roots of the Gaza problem when their Suez company, which controlled the strategic Suez Canal, was nationalized in 1956 by the then-president of Egypt, Gamal Abdel Nasser. The two countries wanted the canal back but were eager to start a war with Egypt. They had asked the Israelis for help who attacked Egypt by invading Gaza that year, to colonize it until 2005. Hamas was formed during the colonization.

The European Commission is a political accomplice since it reached an association agreement with the Israelis in 1995.

CRIME OF EXTERMINATION

INT. LAW IN BRIEF

Extermination is the intentional and massive homicide of an entire group of persons. The international law of armed conflict specifically establishes that it is forbidden to attack civilians (GCIV Art. 32, API Art. 51.2, and APII Art. 13); to murder or exterminate the wounded or sick, the shipwrecked, prisoners of war, and civilians (GCI and GCII Art. 12, GCIII Art. 13, GCIV Art. 32, API Art. 10, and APII Art. 7); or to order that there shall be no survivors (API Art. 40).

The crime of extermination requires that:
  • The perpetrator killed one or more persons, including by inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about the destruction of part of a population;
  • The conduct constituted, or took place as part of, a mass killing of members of a civilian population;
  • The conduct was committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population;
  • The perpetrator knew that the conduct was part of or intended the conduct to be part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population.

THE GENERALS' PLAN

The Israeli generals' plan refers to a siege strategy proposed by former Israeli general Giora Eiland during the Israel–Hamas war. The plan, also known as the Eiland Plan, was published in a military forum critical of the army's efforts against Palestine. It contains the following goals:

  • Changing the doctrine of war

  • Moving from the concept of deterrence to the concept of decisiveness

  • The introduction of more offensive officers to the General Staff, which runs the army

  • A clear victory against the enemy in all sectors.

PARES found the plan in September 2024.

We are monitoring Northern Gaza where the plan has been rolled out since October 6, 2024. Collected videos and photos show that the second goal turns out to be the use of brute force, starvation, and banning all aid to cause a slow death until Hamas surrenders. The implementation of the plan shows clear hallmarks of  crimes of extermination

DEHUMANIZATION OF PALESTINIANS

Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide

ADOPTED

09 December 1948
BY

General Assembly resolution 260 A (III)
Article II
In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

Dystopia is often characterized by fear or distress, tyranny, inflicting environmental disaster, or other characteristics associated with a cataclysmic decline of a population, which is the issue about the Palestinians.

About Gaza, dystopian is an adjective for or denoting an imagined society with great suffering or injustice. Dehumanization is when people are treated below the level of being human.

Concerning the Palestinian people in Gaza, they have been an imagined society in which these people lead dehumanized, fearful, miserable lives.

Dehumanization is when Palestinians in Gaza are treated below the level of being human. The practice is consistent with the practice of the Nazis who call it 'untermenschlichen' which means dehumanizing.

DISEASE OUTBREAK BY INTENTIONAL INFLICTION

Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide

ADOPTED

09 December 1948
BY

General Assembly resolution 260 A (III)
Article II
In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

Dystopia is often characterized by fear or distress, tyranny, inflicting environmental disaster, or other characteristics associated with a cataclysmic decline of a population.

About the Palestinian people in Gaza, they have been an imagined society in which these people lead dehumanized, fearful, miserable lives. Exposing targeted people to conditions of miserable life is when the war belligerent treats all that is humanitarian as a military objective such as aid supply of food, water, medicines, internet to hinder humanitarian communication, etc.

Dehumanization is when Palestinians in Gaza are treated below the level of being human.

It is a dystopian war when the Israeli belligerent fractions Gaza into pieces to repeatedly force occupied people back and forth from one piece to another piece, or intending to uproot the people into one single section by declaring more fractions as "combat zone" to create a shrinking "safe zone".

Disease Outbreak

  • Disease outbreaks are caused by destroying sewerage systems and water storage as well as withholding (drinking)water, and eliminating sanitation.
  • The above by intentional infliction which is calculated to bring about the population's physical destruction in whole or in part.

DYSTOPIAN TERROR

TERRORISM & INT. LAW

Many IHL rules specifically aimed at protecting civilians – such as the prohibition against deliberate or direct attacks against civilians and civilian objects, the prohibition against indiscriminate attacks, or the prohibition against the use of 'human shields' – are derived from it. IHL also prohibits hostage-taking.

In the context of Gaza, the following should (also) be considered:

Geneva Convention 1937

The Convention for the Prevention and Punishment of Terrorism 1937 defines "acts of terrorism" as "criminal acts directed against a State or intended to create a state of terror in the minds of particular persons, or a group of persons or the general public".

Dehumanization is when Palestinians in Gaza are treated below the level of being human.

It is a dystopian terror when the Israeli belligerent fractions Gaza into pieces to repeatedly force occupied people back and forth from one piece to another piece, or intending to uproot the people into one single section by declaring more fractions as "combat zone" to create a shrinking "safe zone".

The use of the military and its capabilities are means and methods to inflict dystopian terror.

Bringing the state of terror in the minds of people in Gaza: Methods of terror & terrorism in Gaza
  • blocking and/or stopping food and water supply.
  • killing people while they are following orders to leave.
  • killing people who are in buildings, refugee camps, safe zones
  • the use of the military directive 'treat everyone and everything that moves and not move as Hamas'.

ELIMINATING HEALTHCARE

HEALTHCARE & INT. LAW

GENEVA CONVENTION IV

Article 19 - Wounded and Sick IV. Discontinuance of protection of hospitals
The protection to which civilian hospitals are entitled shall not cease unless they are used to commit, outside their humanitarian duties, acts harmful to the enemy. Protection may, however, cease only after due warning has been given, naming, in all appropriate cases, a reasonable time limit, and after such warning has remained unheeded.

IHL

Article 19 - Protection of medical units and establishments
Fixed establishments and mobile medical units of the Medical Service may in no circumstances be attacked, but shall at all times be respected and protected by the Parties to the conflict. Should they fall into the hands of the adverse Party, their personnel shall be free to pursue their duties, as long as the capturing Power has not itself ensured the necessary care of the wounded and sick found in such establishments and units. The responsible authorities shall ensure that the said medical establishments and units are, as far as possible, situated in such a manner that attacks against military objectives cannot imperil their safety.

Rule 25. Medical personnel exclusively assigned to medical duties must be respected and protected in all circumstances. They lose their protection if they commit, outside their humanitarian function, acts harmful to the enemy

Rule 28. Medical units exclusively assigned to medical purposes must be respected and protected in all circumstances. They lose their protection if they are being used, outside their humanitarian function, to commit acts harmful to the enemy.

THE REALITY IN GAZA

On October 10, 2024, United Nations investigators accused Israel of deliberately targeting Gaza’s health facilities and killing medical personnel during its war on the besieged enclave.

A statement by ex-UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay released in advance of a full report accused Israel of “committing war crimes and the crime against humanity of extermination with relentless and deliberate attacks on medical personnel and facilities” in its assault on Gaza.

The Israeli government has routinely said that its attacks on hospitals and schools in Gaza are to target members of Hamas and other Palestinian armed groups. Hamas has denied it uses the locations as command centers.

The UN inquiry’s statement also accused Israeli forces of deliberately killing and torturing medical personnel, targeting medical vehicles, and restricting patients from leaving Gaza.

The Commission of Inquiry has a broad mandate to collect evidence and identify suspected perpetrators of international crimes committed in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory. It bases its findings on a range of sources including interviews with victims and witnesses, submissions, and satellite imagery.

EXPLOITING THE HOLOCAUST & WWII

The Second World War took place in Europe and seven years after German Ashkenazis struck a deal with the Nazis in 1933 to have themselves migrated to British Mandatory Palestine.

In Northern Africa, it was Italy, not the Nazis, who started the war on that continent on June 10, 1940.

The Nazis came involved after Italy was failing to achieve its goal. Hitler did send his Africa Corps to prop up the weakened Italian troops. Battles were in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco, so the entire Northern Africa, not the Middle East. There was no war in British Mandatory Palestine.

Still, the Israelis paint themselves as the victims of the war while Jewish communities from around the world are saying that the Israelis are Zionists, not Jews.

The first-generation Israelis are descendants of European Zionist migrants who started a war against the British and the Palestinians in 1947, and who committed the first genocide. The second and later generations are descendants of migrants or are migrants from around the globe.

The European Zionist migrants began misusing the Second World War by the person of David Ben-Gurion.

In 1956, Ben-Gurion broke the promise not to be the

first nuclear power in the Middle East by violating the Atoms For Peace Agreement to start building the Dimona nuclear plant in secret. An American businessman who was on his way to Tel Aviv. saw construction activities outside Dimona.

When Ben-Gurion had to explain, he said to US President John F. Kennedy: "... to prevent a second Holocaust from happening."

The video is from the year 2000 and shows the Israeli Zionist Shulamit Aloni saying "We exploit the Holocaust and anti-Semitism to protect Israel from criticism. It is a trick we use".

Shulamit Aloni appears not to realize that she admits that Yad Vashem and all Holocaust memorials are part of the trick.

FACEBOOK

Mark Zuckerberg is the owner. So, he decides whatever he wants to decide.

But, "Zuckerberg" sounded German to us, so we started digging and found out that "Zuckerberg" is an Ashkenazic artificial name composed of German Zucker 'sugar' + Berg 'mountain hill'.

No wonder that is it not possible to say that he has Israeli roots but German Ashkenazic. He is from a people who brought Nazi ideas to British Mandatory Palestine after having struck the Haavara deal with the Nazis in 1933.

An American Torah Jew, but those who stand with the Palestinians, would say, "Mark Zuckerberg is not a Jew but a Zionist."

The background behind the motive to keep pro-Palestinian posts from his platform is the background of himself.

His "hate speech policies" have nothing to do with "hate speech" as the latter is systematically ignored when they are posted by pro-Israelis.

GAZA

No one is aware, many even don't know, that there is not one Palestinian problem but two. Both have a totally different story as the widely known Palestinian problem started with the partition of the remaining Ottoman Empire by France and Britain in 1916.

The two countries stood also at the beginning of the Gaza problem that began with losing control over the Suez Canal after the then-president of Egypt had nationalized the French-British Suez Company. The French and the British wanted the canal back but were eager to start a war with Egypt. They asked the Israelis for help who attacked Egypt in 1956 by seizing Gaza to occupy it until 2005.

There were 21 settlements in Gaza under the occupier's administration of the Hof Aza Regional Council. The land was allocated in such a way that each Israeli settler disposed of 400 times the land available to the Palestinian refugees, and 20 times the volume of water allowed to the peasant farmers of Gaza. The first settlement was Kfar Darom, which was originally established in 1947, and reformed in 1970.

In 1987, several Palestinians were killed by an Israeli truck driver. The attack, not an accident as altered by CAMERA in Wikipedia, triggered the First Intifada, a Palestinian uprising against the Israeli West Bank and Gaza occupation. led Yassin and six other Palestinians to found Hamas. The way the Israelis crushed the Intifada prompted Hamas to emerge. Hamas is created by the Israelis this way.

In 2003, Ariel Sharon proposed the withdrawal from Gaza in the wake of a peace agreement between the Israelis and Egypt. That agreement has led to the dismantling of settlements in the Sinai. Sharon's proposal came into effect in 2005 with the dismantling of the 21 settlements. The dismantling didn't take place without resistance from settlers.

In 2006, Hamas won the 2006 Palestinian legislative elections and assumed administrative control of the Gaza Strip and West Bank. In response, Egypt and the Israelis blockade Gaza by closing the land borders, preventing air traffic from and to Gaza, and stopping all maritime traffic into the territorial waters of Gaza.

HAMAS

The definition of 'terror' is extreme fear. 'ism' at the end of the word 'terror' is a suffix to indicate that 'terror' represents acts and activities related to causing extreme fear, while 'terrorizing' is the act to cause extreme fear.

The word 'terrorism' refers to methodologies on which the use of terror is based. Anyone who resorts to acts and activities to cause extreme fear, that person is a terrorist. But, when two or more people form, or people join the forming of a group intending to cause extreme fear, they are members of a terror group, not a terrorist group as that is an undefined political pleonasm. Here is why:

The aforementioned does not explain what kind of terrorist they are. Because terror-ist, someone who spreads extreme fear, may also refer to a tyrant, a dictator, an autocrat even the military that has taken over civilian rule like in Myanmar.

Again, "terrorists" is a popularized collective name that is even used on social media against anyone who publishes content that is pro-Palestinian. This kind of brandishing has been since the speech by US President George W. Bush on September 20, 2001, when he introduced the 'war on terror'.

Canada, the European Union, Israelis, Japan, and the United States have designated Hamas as a terrorist organization. Australia, New Zealand, Paraguay, and the United Kingdom have designated only its military wing as a terrorist organization (as of 2021). It is not considered a terrorist organization by Brazil, China, Egypt, Iran, Norway, Qatar, Russia, Syria, and Turkey.

In December 2018, the United Nations General Assembly rejected a U.S. resolution condemning Hamas as a terrorist organization.

The question arises when is it correct to label Hamas as an armed terror organization?

  • Hamas must reside inside the territory to operate as such an organization.
  • Its targets must be those owned, administered, run, and managed by a government or a political operating entity to whom the terror organization is opposed.
  • Its targets must be public areas of strategic importance
  • The territory where the terror organization is operating must live in a time of peace.

Hamas is not residing in the Israeli-occupied territory, as that territory was never consecutive and historically Israeli.  The Israelis do not live in a time of peace as they never have lifted their self-declared stage of war since 1967. That is why the United Nations still considers the Israelis as war belligerent.  So, labeling Hamas as a "terrorist organization" is purely based on Zionized politics against Hamas, not with the criteria as written above.

According to the Law Of Belligerent Occupation, occupation means a situation when, during an international armed conflict, a territory, or parts thereof, comes under the effective provisional control of a foreign power. The latter brings us to Article 51 in the UN Charter:

Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security.

Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this right of self-defense shall be immediately reported to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council under the present Charter to take at any time such action as it deems necessary to maintain or restore international peace and security.

Gaza is not a country. It is part of the occupied State Of Palestine. We can at least say that the occupation of Gaza has never ended despite the withdrawal from Gaza in 2005. This brings us back to the Law Of Belligerent Occupation that provides occupied people the right to form armed groups to resist occupation. Hamas is in this regard a resistance group, not a "terrorist group." The adamant stubbornness the Israelis always have been showing, that Hamas is a "terrorist organization" is to protect a long-lived desire that their ancestors, the European migrants, brought into British Mandatory Palestine but introduced in Basel, Switzerland in 1897: Zionism.

Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions stipulates the provision of the right of self-determination when people are under foreign and colonial rule. The Israelis are descendants of European Zionist migrants and are currently a people from around the world. They all are not autochthonous to the region thus frankly foreigners.

The foreigners in the West Bank, actually in the whole of the occupied State Of Palestine, are of the same definition as those from Britain, France, and the Netherlands when they went to the American continent more than 400 years ago to take the land of the indigenous people. Lots of wars were waged to remove these people there where the Europeans wanted to settle. That's how the United States and Canada came to exist. It is also the way how European Zionist migrants created theirs.

Members of the Hamas have the full right to resist the Israeli occupation of Gaza and the annexation of the West Bank. If they take and use that right, they must distinguish themselves from the civilian population, or based on articles 43 & 44 of the Additional Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions, at least carry their weapons openly during attacks and deployments.

SEMITISM & ZIONISM

SEMITISM

Semitism is the fact or quality of being a Semitic person, not being part of a specific group of people.

A Semitic person is someone who is born, started, and continues to build a life in the region, and never has left the region that is characterized by its language, tradition, and culture as Semitic. Such a person is not a colonist, migrant, or settler.

People who leave or have left the region permanently will lose or have lost what is called historical continuity as they went to build a new historical continuity elsewhere in the world.

The first of such migration was during the Roman invasion of ancient Palestine when Jews fled to Central and Eastern Europe via Spain and France where they built a new continuity to become European Jews, no longer Semitic Jews.

ZIONISM

"Zionism" is not that, what is on Wikipedia is altered by Israeli CAMERA.Org. into "a movement for (originally) the re-establishment, and (now) the development and the protection of a "Jewish state."

The name "Zionism" belongs to political deliberation and advocacy that have led to a manifest drafted by the Hungarian Jew, Theodor Herzl in response to the first pogrom that was in Russia and Ukraine at the end of the 19th century.

ANTISEMITISM

It is a brute weaponized term visualizing from dehumanizing, all forms of conflation, and unproven accusations to making unverifiable claims against the Palestinian people.

'Anti' concerning Semitism means oppose to or against what is in the person of any Palestinian who stands at the beginning of an ancestry that sprouted and spread but in the region that is described as Semitic.

Israelis have a "fact and quality" which are not native to the region. It's passed on to them by foreign migrants and colonists.

So is their belief, which was already fractioned in different offshoots in Europe before Zionism emerged in 1897.

  ANTISEMITISM-ANTIZIONISM

Conflating Semitism and Zionism is converting both into an Israeli version of Islam. However, the latter is by nature political and religious.

Those of the Israelis were brought by Ashkenazis into partially annexed historic Palestine thousands of years after the founding of Islam (670AD, and is a suppressive method to silence criticism against them.

ZIONISM IN THE US

To understand disinformation spread by all presidential administrations, you need to have some background information. We use these two organizations as an example as they are the leading suppressors of information in the United States.

ADL

On October 13, 1843, a group of German Ashkenazis led by an American Jew formed the  B'nai B'rith at Sinsheimer's Café on New York City's Lower East Side. It is the roots of At that time, the ADL had a much different mission than it has today. Because there was no Israel nor a people with such identification.

Zionism was introduced in 1897 during a World Jewish Congress in Basel, Switzerland by the inventor, Theodor Herzl. The congress was attended by an American Jew who brought the ideology into his country. A year later, the United States became the first Zionist country in the world.

Anti-Defamation League B'nai B'rith found in 1910 comes from B'nai B'rith as a response to a trial case in which a Jewish man was found guilty of having raped a woman. What the ADL still silences is that the man was a follower of the Babylonian Talmudism that allows sex with minors.

ADL became a suppressive and autocratic organization under Zionist Jonathan Greenblatt. He has been organizing trips for police officers to receive training by Israelis. These trainings are the main cause of a view, that a person in the US is first a potential enemy then a suspect but after being apprehended. That is why there are so many police killings in the US.

ADL is responsible for the deterioration of the First Amendment in the American constitution and the widespread exploitation and misuse of antisemitism in the United States.

AIPAC

In 1947, European Zionist migrants invaded British Mandatory Palestine and waged a war with the colonizers, committed a series of massacres, and forced out millions of Palestinian people into neighboring countries.

On May 14, 1948, US President Harry Truman, who himself was a Zionist, recognized the renaming of British Mandatory Palestine eleven minutes after the Zionist migrants concluded the war, ethnic cleansing, and what historians see as genocide.

In 1954, the Israelis set foot on American soil via the person Isaiah L. Kenen, a lobbyist for the Zionist migrants from Europe, partly to counter negative international reactions to Israel's Qibya massacre of Palestinian villagers that year. That's how AIPAC was founded and is today's "director" of Washington's (military) Israel politics, and the major manipulator of presidential elections in the US.

AIPAC is de facto a foreign agent. as it meddles in the policies on the question of Palestine on behalf of the Israelis, and is responsible for the deterioration of the electoral democracy by bribery. That is why the Americans only know one president who, at the age of 100 years, still against the Israeli occupation is: Jimmy Carter.
