GLOSM/PARES found Golan Vach as the commander in the Israeli retired general, Giora Eiland's Generals' Plan launched from October 6, 2024, until January 19, 2025. The plan, dubbed 'surrender or starve,' was a covert operation to seize and annex Northern Gaza by flattening it entirely and cleansing the north from its population.
