COLLUSION & COMPLICITY First, the Gaza problem is not the same story as the Palestinian problem. The British and the French became the roots of the Gaza problem when their Suez company, that controlled the strategic Suez Canal, was nationalized in 1956 by the then-president of Egypt, Gamal Abdel Nasser. The two countries wanted the canal back but were eager to start a war with Egypt. They had asked the Israelis for help who attacked Egypt by invading and occupying Gaza . France and Britain are also the countries who laid in 1916 the foundation of the Palestinian problem that have led to the declaration of the British Arthur Balfour in 1917. These two countries are the first to have the leverage to change this part of the entire problem which the Palestinian problem is. The role of the United States is unrelated to the history of the Gaza problem but to the Palestinian problem as a whole that began with the recognition by Harry Truman on May 14, 1948, and eleven minutes after European Zionist migrants renamed historic Palestine. The complicity became deeper after the founding of AIPAC in the 1960s. The role of Germany has its roots in the Haavara deal, that German Ashkenazis struck with the Nazis in 1933 to have themselves migrated to what was then still British Mandatory Palestine. The role of the UAE, Bahrain and Morocco have their roots in the so-called Abraham "peace" accord that was mastermind in 2020 by Netanyahu and Trump's son-in-law, the orthodox Jew Jared Kushner. The "agreement" was mastermind to isolate the Palestinians from the Arabic world. The role of other reported countries are related to policies in favor of the Israelis. But in Gaza, people appear not to know when they ask "Where are the Arabs?" In 1995, the European Commission and the Israelis struck an association agreement that brought the Union into the position of collusion as it includes Israeli export that has its origin in the occupied territories. Since July 2024, some EU member states are calling for a review. On December 17, 2014, the General Court of the European Union had annulled on grounds of on factual imputations derived from the press and the internet, the listing of Hamas as a terrorist organization. On January 24, 2024, the EU listed Hamas leader, Yahya Sinwar on its terrorist list over the event on October 7th. Putting Sinwar on EU's terrorist list is a violation as he is a member of a recognized resistance, and was October 7th not a terrorist attack, both because of these international laws:
In addition, Netanyahu's declaration of war on Gaza from October 7, 2023 is both ill-conceived and a blatant violation of Article 51 of the UN Charter. Ill-conceived because an occupying war belligerent cannot declare war on a part of a country while that country is currently gradually under annexation. Then, Art. 51 is in international context, meaning the article concerns countries. Gaza is not a country but part of a gradually annexed country. Israelis have never lifted their self-declared war since 1967 with the remaining parties the Palestinians and Syria. How to declare war when one is already at war in all times (ref. Mark Regev in Jan. 2009). |

Dystopia is often characterized by fear or distress, tyranny, inflicting environmental disaster, or other characteristics associated with a cataclysmic decline of a population, which is the issue about the Palestinians. These characteristics were found in the way how the Israelis brought the declaration of war into practice after the Hamas resistance attack on October 7, 2023. In relation to Gaza, dystopian is adjective to or denoting an imagined society where there is great suffering or injustice. In relation to the Palestinian people in Gaza, they have been an imagined society in which these people lead dehumanized, fearful, miserable lives. Exposing targeted people to condition of miserable life is when the war belligerent treats all that what is humanitarian as military objective such as aid supply of food, water, medicines, internet to hinder humanitarian communication, etc. Dehumanization is when Palestinians in Gaza are treated below the level of being a human. |

DATE | DEVELOPMENT | CONTEXT | DESCRIPTION |
ELIMINATION OF UNWRA (= part of Israel's dystopian war) The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) was established as a autonome organ of the United Nations General Assembly on 8 December 1949 and became operational on 1 May 1950. It was established to provide relief to all refugees resulting from the 1948 conflict; this initially included Jewish and Arab Palestine refugees inside the State of Israel until the Israeli government took over this responsibility in 1952. The mandate of the UN body makes it unique that it can register Palestinians as refugee throughout generations, including of those who were not registered in the early 1950s. This is the real obstacle to the process of the Israeli Zionization of the remaining parts of historic Palestine, Gaza and the West Bank. On January 11, 2024, the Advocate General Emiliou of the Court Of Justice of the European Union said that Palestinian applicants for refugee status can claim that UNRWA’s protection has ‘ceased’ in the light of the general living conditions prevailing in the Gaza Strip. UNWRA has NOT ceased but has been under Israeli siege to achieve their goal to eliminate its operations in Gaza in order to strip Palestinians from their refugee status. The Israelis use phrases like "Hamas was embedded" or the targeted object was used by Hamas. We added reported developments about Biden's pier to this timeline as the story behind is political. Developments reveal that politics of by-passing UNWRA is the motive of the pier. It started in November 2023 when the Israelis sought contact with Cyprus that resulted in the misleading claim that Nicosia offered the Israelis a humanitarian corridor. It is considered misleading when looking at developments timelined in 'medical treatment', 'humanitarian aid', 'humanitarian crisis, and 'food, water, fuel & electricity'. |

20241004 | Can UN Resolution 1701 help end the Hezbollah-Israel fight? | opinion | Many politicians and diplomats have said that the only solution to the current conflict between Hezbollah and Israel, that can bring peace and security to both Israel and Lebanon, must be political. 20241001 | Israel, Lebanon telling ‘their versions’ of truth about ground offensive. | opinion | Analysis -- Ori Goldberg, an Israeli political commentator and lecturer at Reichman University, says he doesn’t believe that Israel is lying about sending ground troops into Lebanon despite Hezbollah’s denial. “It’s a grey area,” he told Al Jazeera from Tel Aviv. “This isn’t an invasion force. This isn’t an expeditionary force. There are no tanks. There are no infantry troops. These are mostly commando units.” Golberg said that it is likely that Israeli forces are likely focusing on known Hezbollah installations or similar targets. “So in that sense, if Hezbollah was expecting an invasion, then Hezbollah's statements are correct. Israel, however, has been exactly saying that this is what the force is,” he said. “So both sides are telling their version of the truth.” |
