Internee and Prisoner Exchange: The return of all living Israeli internees in exchange for the release of approximately 2,000 Palestinian prisoners.
Israeli Withdrawal: Staged withdrawal of Israeli forces from populated areas of Gaza (Gaza City, Rafah, Khan Younis, and the north).
Humanitarian Aid: Immediate and scaled-up delivery of aid through multiple crossings, including the opening of the Rafah crossing.
Post-War Governance: The establishment of a temporary transitional government by an apolitical Palestinian committee and an international stabilization force, with a long-term goal of a two-state solution.
Gaza's Future Status: Gaza to become a "deradicalized, terror-free zone," with all military and offensive infrastructure destroyed.

The Israeli war belligerent is still violating four key points, while what is described under 'Post-War Governance' violates international law, as it robs the Palestinians of the right of self-determination. The latter is important, as the whole plan is drafted only in the interest of the Israelis. The description under 'Gaza's Future Status' violates international law because it robs Hamas of its UN status as a political movement, while its armed wing has been robbed of the right to exist as an armed resistance in the Palestinian struggle against foreign occupation.
