The Israeli war belligerent has been accused of genderized killings and systematic sexual and gender-based violence against Palestinians in and from Gaza, by independent experts and a Commission of Inquiry (COI) backed by the United Nations. Israeli officials have vehemently denied these allegations, calling them biased and false.

The term 'genderized killings' is based on the Israeli war belligerent's directive "Treat everyone and everything that moves and not move as Hamas." Pregnant women are seen as giving birth to "new Hamas," while children are considered as "new Hamas."
