CRIME OF EXTERMINATION

In the context of Gaza, crimes against humanity are acts like deliberate murder, killing, bombarding large number of occupied people that are part of a widespread or systematic attack on the Palestinian population. They include offenses such as extermination, imprisonment, and persecution against the Palestinians. They are distinct from war crimes or genocide by the requirement that the acts be part of a large-scale or organized attack, not just isolated incidents.

The crime against humanity of extermination involves mass killing and the intentional infliction of conditions of life calculated to bring about the destruction of a population; this can include actions that result in the flattening of cities, though the physical destruction of infrastructure is not the sole determinant of the crime.

When acts and or activities by the Israeli war belligerent targeting the colonized people in Gaza are systematic, and or are on a large scale, we consider these acts and activities as shown in the 'breadcrumbs'. This does not include violations, which refer to breaches of rules and international law.
