"Coordinator of the Government Activities in the Territories" is a unit within the armed Israeli war belligerent, which claims that it is tasked with the "coordination and facilitation of humanitarian initiatives," in coordination with the international community.
However, our analysis by categorizing Israeli acts and activities affecting humanitarian efforts in Gaza shows that the Israeli armed war belligerent has been resorting to dystopian warfare since October 2023, when the then-defense minister, Yoav Gallant, issued the order of no food, no water, no electricity, and no medicines.
Over the course of the genocidal war, COGAT has turned the directive into the creation of a dystopia of wretched, dehumanized, fearful lives to make sure that everything is miserable, such as refusing distinction between civilians and military objectives, hallmarking crimes against humanity.
