PARTITIONING GAZA
The term for attempts to seize land without an official declaration is called de facto annexation. It has been taking place for years in the West Bank, and all Israeli tactics in Gaza carry a similar character. However, in Gaza, it is about partitioning the enclave. The construction of the Netzarim separation line on October 30, 2023, was a first indication. Seizing any territory with the intention of partitioning the land is forbidden by international law, even when it is in self-defense, which the Israelis call "for security".
Trump's Gaza plan.
The Gaza plan drafted by foreigners, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, on behalf of a leader of an alien country, alters the legal status of the 'occupied" Palestinian Territories, as Gaza is part of that territory. The plan violates fundamental humanitarian law principles. Both "Jews" were acting on behalf of a country that is not the involved war belligerent but the main participant.
International law provides that a country that is not the war belligerent has no legal basis to partition a territory into zones, as the plan was prepared without the consent and participation of the besieged party, but presented after completion to "negotiate" with. The plan has no outcome of the free will of the people concerned in a self-determination process. Therefore, the Gaza plan violates core principles of international law, including illegal intervention.
