However, our analysis by categorizing Israeli acts and activities affecting humanitarian efforts in Gaza shows that the Israeli armed war belligerent has been resorting to dystopian warfare since October 2023, when the then-defense minister, Yoav Gallant, issued the order of no food, no water, no electricity, and no medicines.

Over the course of the genocidal war, COGAT has employed all kinds of methods and means to turn Gallant's directive into the creation of a dystopia of wretched, dehumanized, fearful lives to make sure that everything is miserable, typically a totalitarian and environmentally degraded one. Inflicting malnutrition and famine by weaponizing food supply is one of the methods and means.
