A car, an ambulance, an aid truck are civilian objects. What does the international law say when the Israelis are attacking to destroy these objects?
- The Principle of Distinction between Civilian Objects and Military Objectives
Rule 7. The parties to the conflict must at all times distinguish between civilian objects and military objectives. Attacks may only be directed against military objectives. Attacks must not be directed against civilian objects.
The Israelis are to consider as foreign belligerents, as they are originally from Europe, and nowadays even people from around the world. What they are doing in Gaza and the West Bank, is supposed to be classified as an international conflict.
