A car, an ambulance, an aid truck are civilian objects. What does the international law say when the Israelis are attacking to destroy these objects?

  Rule 7. The parties to the conflict must at all times distinguish between civilian objects and military objectives. Attacks may only be directed against military objectives. Attacks must not be directed against civilian objects.

The Israelis are systematically claiming that journalist in Gaza are Hamas without providing any evidence of authentic nature showing that selecting and targeting the journalist was of legitimate military objective. We do not consider Israeli and pro-Israeli social media posts as evidence, but official documents verified on the ground by independent parties and confirmed.
