Information is any knowledge, facts, or data about something that is communicated or received, serving to inform, enlighten, or provide meaning and context to raw data. It can take many forms, such as text, numbers, pictures, or sounds, and is used to understand the world.

Since October 7, 2023, the Israelis and their followers have been resorting to the merging of information, texts, and ideas about and against everyone in Gaza into one.

Al-Shifa Hospital as an example:

On November 13, 2023, Eylon Levy, who was then a mouthpiece of the war belligerent, claimed that Hamas is operating in hospitals, while he insinuated doctors and nurses being Hamas, On November 15, 2023, the Israeli N12 revealed that Netanyahu knew there were no civilian internees in the Al Shifa Hospital. The capture of all nurses and doctors of the Al-Shifa Hospital on November 23, 2023, proves that they were treated as Hamas. Two day later, Dr. Yousuf Barakat from the same hospital went missing. We still have no information about his whereabout but presume he has been captured and illegally transferred into the territory colonized by the Israelis. On December 13, 2023, people found patients and other civilians bulldozed under the sand on the compound of the Al-Shifa Hospital. On March 23, 2024, the Israelis executed Dr. Mohammed al-Nono just because he refused to leave the Al-Shifa Hospital.

These examples were part of the execution of "no medicines" as ordered on October 9, 2023, by then-'defense' minister, Yoav Gallant. "No medicines" has been applied to all what is related to medicines, medical treatment and access to medical treatment (i.e blockade of medical aid supplies, fuel for generators, electricity), and can be described in one word: conflation. When putting these examples into legal context, it would be this:

Doctors and nurses are (also) civilians.

International humanitarian law strictly prohibits the direct targeting and intentional killing of civilians, a violation known as a war crime, and requires combatants to distinguish between military objectives and civilians. While incidental civilian harm can occur, which is not the case in Gaza, it is illegal if it is expected to be excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage, which is the case in Gaza. Our documentation proves that the Israelis knowingly and willfully refuse distinction of civilians  -including patients and medical personnel in Gaza-  and military objectives.

Willfully killing doctors and nurses or causing great suffering or serious injury to their bodies or to their health, which is the case by the Israelis in Gaza, constitutes war crimes as grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions.
