On this page two demo videos. The video you're looking at is to explain how the Israelis prepared for a large scale starvation campaign by masterminding a bypass campaign against UNRWA that ultimately would lead to the beginning of starvation in Gaza. The second video is about attacking and destroying UNRWA facilities in Gaza. These attacks are also related to the first video, as the Israeli attacks also included UNRWA ware houses and distribution centers.

The Israelis are systematically claiming that the UNRWA is complicit in "Hamas tactics" without providing any evidence of authentic nature showing that the UN agency is of legitimate military objective, while meaning "they are all Hamas." We do not consider Israeli and pro-Israeli social media posts as evidence, but official documents verified on the ground by independent parties and confirmed. 

Based on this Israeli action, GLOSM/PARES has decided to treat all information found as "war crime confirmed by viewing" as long as the Israelis do not allow anyone from outside, and who does have no relation to the parties involved, to verify
