Holocaust can be explained in two ways:
- by definition: destruction or slaughter on a mass scale, especially caused by fire or nuclear war. The latter was when the United States decided to end the Second World War in Asia with brutal force by dropping two nuclear bombs on Japan. One on Hiroshima and the other on Nagasaki.
- by ancient history: a sacrifice in which the offering was burned completely on an altar. In this context, holocaust is derived from the Koine Greek word holokauston, meaning "a completely (holos) burnt (kaustos) sacrificial offering," How does this explanation fit with the modern-day explanation of holocaust of the Jews?
First, the general view focuses only on the Jews, while they were one of many more groups of people who were killed in Nazi concentration camps. Zionist do not talk nor do they want you to talk about political prisoners, captured soldiers like many of the French, the disabled and the mentally ill, the Roma people, captured members of the resistance, and so on. The silencing of the mentioned groups of people was also in the Netherlands during the 1960s and 1970s, and may be even today.
The Nazis didn't burn these people alive. The prisoners were first told to take a shower. When they were in the shower rooms, the victims first felt water then the Nazis opened ... let us say .. the gas tap to release Zyklon B while the victims were "showering." That's how the Nazis killed people in their concentration camps. They then ordered other prisoners to remove the dead bodies to bring them where the ovens were. The people were burnt while already dead. That is not holocaust in sense of the historical meaning.
Try searching for images about Nazi concentration camps on Google. It's extremely likely that your search results will only contain those about Jews. We find this very striking, as if no other people died in concentration camps like those we mentioned earlier. So, we question the existence of holocaust museums and memorials and found the Yad Vashem in Jerusalem a political relic to exploit the holocaust.

The international law strongly protects humanitarian aid workers and organizations, including NGOs, from attacks during armed conflict. Attacks on civilians, including humanitarian personnel, are prohibited under the Geneva Conventions and their protocols. Specifically, attacks directed at aid workers are considered a violation of international humanitarian law.
No one has ever realized that the killing of five members of the World Central Kitchen on April 2, 2024, was an act of conflated killing as part of the Israeli starvation campaign. Because, supplying food is the opposite of Yoav Gallant's order of "no food." The Israelis also targeted field kitchens and other forms of food distribution by charity organizations.

Attacks on schools during conflict is one of the six grave violations identified and condemned by the UN Security Council.
The six grave violations form the basis of the Council’s architecture to monitor, report and respond to abuses suffered by children in times of war. Attacks on schools is a trigger to list parties to armed conflict in the annexes of the annual UN report on children and armed conflict.
In the report A/HRC/59/26, the relevant UN Commission wrote that Israeli attacks on educational, religious and cultural sites in the Occupied Palestinian Territory amount to war crimes and the crime against humanity of extermination.
However, we did not look into the whole of the matter but who the victims are to classify each attack as one of those as defined in the Genocide Convention. See Tab 4 on the front page of our website.
The Israelis are systematically claiming that Hamas was among the people without providing any evidence of authentic nature showing that selecting and targeting of more than one person was of legitimate military objective. We do not consider Israeli and pro-Israeli social media posts as evidence, but official documents verified on the ground by independent parties and confirmed.
Based on this Israeli action, GLOSM/PARES has decided to treat all information found as "war crime as part of 'Killing members of a group' as defined in the Genocide Convention, confirmed by viewing" as long as the Israelis do not allow anyone from outside, and who does have no relation to the parties involved, to verify.

"Medicide" is a term that is originally from the word 'medical-cide' to describe physician-assisted suicide. It is a method used in euthanasia.
In a UN report from August 13, 2025, Tlaleng Mofokeng, Special Rapporteur on the right to health and Francesca Albanese, Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, were quoted as saying:
'As human beings and UN experts, we cannot remain silent about the war crimes committed before our eyes in Gaza. In addition to bearing witness to an ongoing genocide, we are also bearing witness to a ‘medicide,’ a sinister component of the intentional creation of conditions calculated to destroy Palestinians in Gaza which constitutes an act of genocide.'
However, "medicide" is not a recognized term in international law, as the International Humanitarian Law already focuses on the protection of hospitals, medical personnel, medical units, and medical transports. It distinguishes between combatants and medical personnel, who are protected from attack. Medical personnel are not considered legitimate targets.
The first hospital that the Israelis attacked was the Al-Ahly Baptist Hospital in Zeitoun, Gaza City on October 17, 2023. The attack killed 500 people and became the first massacre committed by the Israelis. Pro-Israelis and Israelis came with two claims, that Hamas wanted to fire a rocket from the compound but failed, and Hamas fired a rocket to target the hospital. Both claims were found false. It was a Hellfire missile fired from an Israeli Apache helicopter. However, the next day, the Israelis struck the vicinity of the Al-Wafa Hospital also in Gaza City. Five days later, the Israelis launched a propaganda campaign to claim that Hamas uses hospitals. The case of the Al-Shifa Hospital is the most known.

The PARES documentation Let us begin with something that everyone knows, or maybe not everyone, as current generations did not grow up in an era when there was no video but celluloid. And even then, when there were videos (VHS and Betamax), there was no YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo, TikTok, or Instagram. The first Internet video hosting site was ShareYourWorld.com, founded in 1997.
There are many definitions of history. However, the simplest way to explain it is to use the pictured images. A celluloid film consists of a series of frames. Each frame is part of a scene, which, in return, may be part of a series of scenes. They all together form what is called a sequence. So, a movie is built up by a series of sequences. If you watch the whole film, you will see a chronology of frames, scenes, and sequences. Visualizing history is similar to this, meaning that you can imagine history as a complete movie unless you cut it into pieces to remove frames, scenes, or even a whole sequence that you don't want people to watch. Like every movie, any event must have a beginning, as nothing happens in a vacuum. There is always a main cause or root, which always lies in the very past. And so it is about Gaza.

The United Nations has designated Hamas as a political movement while its armed wings are within the Law of Belligerent Occupation, which states that occupied people have the right to form armed groups to resist occupation. But Hamas is branded a "terrorist organization" on religionized and ideological grounds. Members of Hamas have the full right to resist the Israeli occupation of Gaza and the annexation of the West Bank. If they take and use that right, they must distinguish themselves from the civilian population, or based on articles 43 & 44 of the Additional Protocol I of the Geneva Conventions, at least carry their weapons openly during attacks and deployments. Israelis are alien to the region as they descend from European migrants, settlers, and colonists, while the current population is from around the world living on a land surrounded by countries where people have been there for centuries. |

Genocide is the deliberate and systematic destruction of a group of people because of their ethnicity, religion, nationality, or race. It involves acts intended to destroy, in whole or in part, the group. These acts can include killing, causing serious bodily or mental harm, imposing measures to prevent births, or forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
Elements of the crime
The intent is the most difficult element to determine. To constitute genocide, there must be a proven intent on the part of perpetrators to physically destroy a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. Cultural destruction does not suffice, nor does an intention to simply disperse a group. It is this special intent, or dolus specialis, that makes the crime of genocide so unique. In addition, case law has associated intent with the existence of a State or organizational plan or policy, even if the definition of genocide in international law does not include that element.

Misinformation and disinformation involving the distribution of false, inaccurate or otherwise misleading information has been a prominent and ubiquitous feature of the Gaza war. Much of the content has been viral in nature, spreading online with tens of millions of posts in circulation on social media. A variety of sources, including American, British and German government officials as well as Israeli and pro-Israeli media outlets, and social media influencers, mainly across Europe, UK and the US, have contributed to the spread of these inaccuracies and falsehoods. During the "conflict," the Israeli war belligerent mainly by means of its unit 8200 and Israeli cyber companies have deployed artificial intelligence (AI) tools and bot farms to spread disinformation and graphic, emotionally charged and false propaganda to dehumanize Palestinians, sow division among supporters of Palestine, and exert pressure on politicians to support Israel's actions. The Intercept reported that: "At the center of Israel’s information warfare campaign is a tactical mission to dehumanize Palestinians and to flood the public discourse with a stream of false, unsubstantiated, and unverifiable allegations." One such covert campaign was commissioned by Israel's Ministry of "Diaspora Affairs." The ministry allocated about $2 million to the operation, and used political marketing firm Stoic based in Tel Aviv to carry it out, according officials and documents reviewed by the New York Times. The campaign was started after the October 7 attack, and remained active on X (formerly Twitter) at the time of the New York Times report in June 2024. At the peak of the campaign it used hundreds of fake accounts posing as Americans on X, Facebook and Instagram to post pro-Israel comments, focusing on U.S. lawmakers, particularly those who are Black and from the Democratic Party, including Hakeem Jeffries, the House minority leader from New York, and Raphael Warnock, Senator from Georgia. ChatGPT was deployed to generate many of the posts. The campaign also involved the creation of three fake English-language news sites featuring pro-Israel articles. In November 2024, a report by a United Nations (UN) committee noted that Western social media companies disproportionately removed content showing solidarity with the Palestinian people relative to content promoting violence against Palestinians. On August 21, 2025, Netanyahu said in a video adress: "“We must do something about social media algorithms." |

Gaza and the West Bank form together the State of Palestine, despite political differences between Hamas and Fatah. "Israel shall have the overriding responsibility for security; for the purpose of protecting Israelis and confronting the threat of terrorism."
But, collected videos shown in the demo are proving that public disorder and terrorism are by those who were illegally transferred from colonized historic Palestine to the West Bank. They have even been assisted by the armed occupying belligerent. The latter is only maintaining 'security' for those who are illegally in the West Bank thus for the benefit of its military and political interest. That already is a war crime as the political leadership and the armed leadership are still a war belligerent since their declaration of war in 1967. It should be reminded that the Israeli annexing power, not an occupying power, is de facto a foreign hostile power, as they originated from European Zionist migrants who started all this in 1947. |
